Your First Session

We'll meet regularly, typically weekly to start. Every four sessions, we'll review your progress to ensure we're on track and adjust your plan to help you reach your goals.

Chris Wilkinson
I'm a qualified psychotherapist with a background in CBT and Compassion Focused Therapy. For years, I've worked with people from all walks of life, but I have a particular passion for helping men navigate the unique pressures they face.
I believe therapy shouldn't be a mystery. My approach is direct, collaborative, and built on a foundation of trust and authenticity. Having seen the power of lived experience in my previous NHS work, I understand the importance of creating a space where you can be open without fear of judgment. When I'm not working, you'll find me outdoors, walking the dog, or spending time with my family.
